  • A smiling massage therapist

Amy (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

Specialties: Trigger Point | Relaxation | Neck & Shoulder Pain/Tension

Amy's sessions are slow and deeply caring, built around the belief that great massage is about more than working out knots. With a medium to light pressure and a gentle, intuitive touch, she specializes in activating the parasympathetic nervous system, helping clients shift into a true state of rest and restoration. Her clients often say each massage feels different, and that they feel genuinely heard when describing their concerns.

A graduate of MATC (August 2021), Amy is certified in Lomi Lomi and cupping. She specializes in trigger point therapy, relaxation, and neck and shoulder tension, and has a particular empathy for clients managing stress, anxiety, depression, or CPTSD. She is most confident working the upper back, and her sessions are frequently described as transporting.

When she's not working, Amy enjoys baseball, the gym, and spending time outside.

  • Bethany (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

Specialties: Deep Tissue | Relaxation | Oncology

Bethany approaches every session as a puzzle worth solving. With smooth, flowing movements and a medium baseline pressure that she easily adjusts lighter or deeper as needed, she meets each client exactly where they are. She genuinely loves problem-solving and developing a plan tailored to the individual whether that means addressing the after-effects of a car accident, easing sports injuries, or simply helping someone deeply relax.

Bethany is a University of Western States alumni and is certified in Complete Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (CMLDT). She specializes in deep tissue, relaxation, and oncology massage, a modality she pursued out of a commitment to serving clients navigating some of life's most challenging moments. Her sessions consistently leave clients feeling both deeply relaxed and physically restored.

When she's not in the office, Bethany enjoys hiking and photography.

  • Billy (He, Him) - Massage Therapist

Specialties: Trigger Point | Deep Tissue | Frozen Shoulder / Rotator Cuff Issues

Billy brings an energetic, results-driven approach to every session. His massage style is fast-paced but precise, with a firm, deep pressure that targets the root of muscular dysfunction. Clients often describe him as someone who intuitively knows exactly where to work, finding pain points with his touch before they even have to say a word.

Billy specializes in trigger point therapy and deep tissue work, with a particular focus on frozen shoulder and rotator cuff issues. He also holds certifications in muscle scraping (IASTM) and cupping, which he incorporates to decrease inflammation and improve muscle movement. His confidence shines most when working the shoulders and glutes, and he particularly enjoys helping clients restore restricted range of motion and recover from injury and joint pain.

When he's not in the treatment room, you can find Billy playing sports, staying active outdoors, trying new experiences, or traveling.

  • Catherine (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

    Specialties: Low Back Pain/Tension | Headache / Migraine Release | Neck & Shoulder Pain/Tension

Catherine believes in the power of truly listening. Her sessions are slow and intentional, with a medium pressure that helps her clients sink into relaxation while she carefully addresses their specific concerns. She has a particular gift for upper body work, neck, shoulders, head, and face, and clients consistently leave feeling a meaningful reduction in pain.

A graduate of Coastal Carolina Community College, Catherine is also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She specializes in low back pain, headache and migraine relief, and neck and shoulder tension, and brings personal insight to TMJ issues and plantar fasciitis as well. She also incorporates hot stones into her practice, adding an extra layer of warmth and release for clients who need it.

When she's not at work, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family and getting lost in a good book.

  • A smiling esthetician

    Elaina (She, Her) - Esthetician

Specialties: Relaxation Facials | Skin Care | Headache / Migraine Release

Elaina is our Licensed Esthetician, and her passion for skin care is at the heart of everything she does. Whether you're dealing with dryness, sensitivity, dullness, or simply haven't made skin care a priority yet, she creates a welcoming, personalized experience that leaves clients looking refreshed and feeling confident. Her approach is as results-driven as it is relaxing because great skin care should feel like a treat, not a chore.

When she's not working, Elaina enjoys hiking and spending time with her puppies.

  • A smiling massage therapist

Grace (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

Specialties: Jaw Work | Headache / Migraine Release | Neck & Shoulder Pain/Tension

Grace brings five years of practice and a deeply holistic perspective to her work. Her sessions are slower and thorough, with a medium to very deep pressure and she prefers full body massages because she understands that pain rarely exists in isolation. Where someone feels discomfort is often not where it originates, and Grace has a gift for finding those deeper, seemingly unrelated connections.

A Madison College graduate (2020), Grace holds continuing education hours in reiki, acupressure, side-lying massage, hot stones, and cranio-cervical-jaw therapy. She specializes in jaw work, headache and migraine relief, and neck and shoulder tension, and has a growing number of clients who request as much time as possible on their head, neck, and face. Her presence is often described as nurturing, calming, and grounding, her goal being to send people back into the world breathing a little deeper.

Outside of work, Grace practices Brazilian jiu-jitsu, tends to her garden, and loves cooking delicious food.

  • A smiling massage therapist

Jenny (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

Specialties: Lymphatic Drainage | PSOAS Release | Cupping

Jenny's sessions are defined by a calm, intuitive presence and an ability to read the body with remarkable sensitivity. Starting with a medium pressure and always moving forward based on client feedback, her pace is slow, even, and deeply relaxed, designed to give the body time and space to release. She incorporates Swedish techniques as a foundation in most sessions, using them to assess what each body needs before layering in other modalities.

A graduate of Capri College (2022), Jenny is certified in myofascial lymphatic drainage. She specializes in lymphatic drainage, psoas release, and cupping, and has firsthand experience with psoas injury that gives her a uniquely personal understanding of deep core tension. She is especially passionate about improving shoulder and hip mobility, and clients consistently note her calm presence and ability to find hidden areas of tension.

When she's not working, you can find Jenny hiking and foraging in the woods, or gardening with her daughters.

  • A smiling massage therapist

Joanna (She, Her) - Lead Massage Therapist

Specialties: Deep Tissue | Relaxation | Low Back Pain/Tension

Joanna brings a unique blend of medical experience and massage expertise to her sessions. Following a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and medical laboratory assistant, she was introduced to massage therapy by a fellow LMT and knew it was her calling. A graduate of Madison College, she combines her healthcare background with PT-influenced techniques, beginning with a relaxing approach and building to deeper pressure as the muscle allows.

Joanna specializes in deep tissue, relaxation, and low back pain, and works confidently across the full body: scalp, neck, pecs, upper and lower back, glutes, quads, and hamstrings. Her regular clients love that no two sessions feel exactly the same, and many who have worked with her over months or years report that the issues that once brought them in barely bother them anymore. She works at the pace that her clients and their muscles call for, and loves sending people home happy and "massage drunk."

When she's not at the studio, Joanna enjoys spending time with her Golden Retriever, Paul, and traveling, whether somewhere new or back to Greece to visit family.

  • Krista (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

Specialties: Trigger Point | Relaxation | Frozen Shoulder / Rotator Cuff Issues

Krista's 18+ years of practice have shaped an approach that is equal parts analytical and intuitive. Her sessions are slow and deliberate giving the body time to respond and allowing her work to go deeper without overwhelming the nervous system. She works at a medium to firm pressure with clear intention behind every move, and clients consistently describe the feeling of being both deeply cared for and specifically attended to.

Krista trained at the East-West Healing Arts Institute in Madison (2007), where her work was rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tui Na, and acupressure. She also trained in Structural Integration and Rolfing. She specializes in trigger point therapy, relaxation, and frozen shoulder and rotator cuff issues, and has developed an integrated approach that blends myofascial and trigger point work with nervous system support and mind-body relaxation. Her clients leave not only with physical relief, but often with greater body awareness and practical tools they can use on their own.

When she's not working, Krista is an avid live music lover, whether it is an opera performance at the Overture Center, or a local bluegrass or jam band festival.

  • Lauren (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

Specialties: Deep Tissue | Low Back Pain/Tension | Headache / Migraine Release

Lauren brings a grounded, intentional presence to every session. Her work is slow and focused, with a firm to deep pressure that feels less like force and more like the body finally being heard. She has a particular gift for finding areas of tension clients didn't even know they were carrying and addressing them in a way that creates a holistic ripple effect throughout the whole body.

A graduate of the Aveda Institute, Lauren is most confident working the hips and glutes, and specializes in deep tissue, low back pain, and headache and migraine relief. She also incorporates abdominal and psoas work into her practice, an often-overlooked approach that can be transformative for clients dealing with low back pain. She can also help address shoulder pain, tingling fingers, or tension rooted in tight fascia and restricted circulation. Her sessions are designed not just to feel good in the moment, but to support lasting change in how the body functions.

When she's not working, Lauren enjoys foraging for food and medicine, and crafting.

  • Lotto (He, Him) - Massage Therapist

    Specialties: Relaxation | Headache / Migraine Release | Neck & Shoulder Pain/Tension

Lotto has a secret weapon: he saves the best for last. His slow, deliberate style builds throughout each session, and clients have come to love that the neck massage he delivers toward the end is something worth waiting for. With a medium to firm pressure and an unhurried pace, his sessions leave clients relaxed to the point of drooling and often walking away with noticeably increased range of motion.

As someone who works a desk job himself, Lotto has firsthand understanding of the toll that sitting all day takes on the neck, back, and shoulders. He specializes in relaxation, headache and migraine relief, and neck and shoulder tension, areas he approaches with both empathy and skill.

Outside of the office, Lotto decompresses by going on walks, which he finds just as useful for clearing his head as for moving his body.

  • Reneé (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

    Specialties: Trigger Point | Low Back Pain/Tension | Neck & Shoulder Pain/Tension

Renée approaches massage with a firm belief in the mind, spirit, and body connection. Her sessions are moderate and deliberate, with a medium to firm pressure and a focus on the neck, scalenes, shoulders, and back. Clients consistently describe her work as resort-quality, attentive, thorough, and deeply restorative. She holds certifications in cupping therapy, hot stones, and prenatal massage, and graduated from Artesia Massage Therapy & Wellness School in 2015.

Renée specializes in trigger point therapy, low back pain, and neck and shoulder tension with a personal understanding of how conditions like osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and anxiety affect the body. She brings warmth and presence to every session, and her clients leave feeling relaxed, recognized, and renewed.

Away from the table, Renée is a dedicated Jazzercise instructor, teaching classes 3–4 times a week just down the street from the studio. Originally from New Mexico, she relocated to Wisconsin in 2022 and still travels back regularly to see family and care for her loyal long-distance clients.

  • A smiling massage therapist

Scarlet (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

Specialties: Trigger Point | PSOAS Release | Frozen Shoulder / Rotator Cuff Issues

Scarlet is passionate about helping clients understand that daily pain and discomfort don't have to be a fact of life. Her approach begins at a medium pressure and builds at a slow to medium pace, creating space for the body to open up and respond. She is especially skilled at working the neck, skull, hips, and psoas  areas that are deeply interconnected and often at the root of widespread tension.

Scarlet specializes in trigger point therapy, psoas release, and frozen shoulder work. Her extensive training includes lymphatic drainage, cupping, hot stones, and prenatal massage — and she brings personal experience with frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, and headaches to her sessions, giving her a well-informed perspective on what her clients are going through. Clients often describe the relief they feel the moment she finds a troublesome trigger point.

When she's not working, Scarlet loves curling up with a good book or audiobook, or spending quiet time with her cats.

  • Taylor (She, They, He) - Massage Therapist

    Specialties: Trigger Point | Low Back Pain/Tension | Neck & Shoulder Pain/Tension

Taylor brings a firm, slow, and deeply focused approach to every session. Working primarily on the back, she excels at addressing both chronic and acute pain and her experience with complex conditions like muscular dystrophy, scoliosis, herniated discs, pinched nerves, and hypermobility gives her an unusually well-rounded clinical eye. Clients appreciate that she listens carefully and works on what they actually want and need.

Taylor specializes in trigger point therapy, low back pain, and neck and shoulder tension, and has additional training in intra-oral work for TMJ relief. Her goal is always pain relief without sacrificing relaxation, a balance that keeps her clients coming back.

When she's not working, Taylor enjoys taking her dogs on adventures to the dog park and exploring the outdoors with her partner.
