  • A smiling massage therapist

Amy (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

I believe massage should be both physically beneficial as well as emotionally uplifting. My style of massage is a medium pressure Swedish Massage that I customize to the needs of each individual client, even those who are brand new to massage. My specialty is attention to detail in working out stress related tension in the back, shoulders and feet. I truly enjoy working with people who have anxiety and depression and providing a relaxing environment to help them feel better within their bodies and bring my positive energy to each session.

In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my kitties, being outside, and collecting healing crystals. Self-care is an important part of my daily life.

  • A smiling esthetician

    Elaina (She, Her) - Esthetician

As an esthetician, I enjoy providing relaxing skin care services while simultaneously customizing the service to fit each person’s goals based on their unique skin care needs. I especially love doing eye treatments and using my jade roller. During my time at Aveda, I mastered incorporating massage on hands, arms, scalp or neck, and shoulders into my skin care services. My goal is to help spread positivity and wellness by helping people relax and be their most confident self.

  • A smiling massage therapist and esthetician

Emily (She, Her) - Licensed Esthetician & Reiki Master

I enjoy providing skin care services with a focus on relaxation and comprehensive facial massage. Working with people in a therapeutic setting has proven to me time and time again, how wonderfully beneficial energy & bodywork can be. My style within my treatments usually moves at a slower pace to allow clients to completely bliss out and relax, while still experiencing the benefits of our skin care products. I especially enjoy providing a relaxing space for people who generally find it difficult to relax. Although I’m no longer practicing as a massage therapist I enjoy incorporating that background into each facial through relaxing face and scalp massages.

In my free time, I love to listen to podcasts and support my parents in their local music collaborations and benefits.

  • A smiling massage therapist

Grace (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

My style of massage includes Swedish massage, trigger point and deep tissue. My specialties include working neck, shoulders, hips and glutes. The goal is to create lasting pain and tension relief, and it brings me joy to hear from my clients that they experience and enjoy the lasting relief they receive from my massages. Although I’m able to provide very deep pressure when needed, I also strive to bring a nurturing and relaxing environment to the table.

In my free time, I can be found cooking, gardening, walking in my neighborhood or in one of our amazing state parks, and spending quality time with my 3 children and 2 dogs.

  • A smiling massage therapist

Jenny (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

I believe that massage should calm the body and the the mind. My style of massage is based on Swedish techniques and trigger point work. I like to use long fluid strokes with smooth transitions to find areas of tension, and create a relaxing experience. I pay close attention to what the muscles are telling me, and use medium to firm pressure to release trigger points and areas of tension that I find. This allows me to create a massage that is individually tailored to meet my client's needs.

When I'm not working, you can find me outside enjoying nature. I love to hike, forage wild foods, and work in my garden. I am a mom of 2 and try to instill my love of nature in my children as well.

  • A smiling massage therapist

Joanna (She Her) - Massage Therapist

My massage is a relaxing blend of Swedish and therapeutic techniques, including trigger point and stretching with the goal of less pain and stress. I aim for the areas that hold the most stress with tension and the surrounding muscles that attach to those areas. My areas of expertise are releasing tension in the neck, shoulder, and pecs, as well as lower back and glutes. After working many years in the healthcare field, I’ve learned that listening and having patience is very important when giving care.

  • A smiling massage therapist

Julia (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

My massage style is slower-paced and deliberate to provide a very relaxing yet therapeutic massage. I really enjoy working on the back and shoulders to relieve pain and tension.

I spend much of my free time with family and friends or caring for my various pets and houseplants. I always enjoy further educating myself on how to better care for myself and the people, pets, and plants in my life.

  • A smiling massage therapist

Justin (He, Him) - Massage Therapist

My style is a medium to deeper pressure; in my 24+ years as a massage therapist, I've perfected listening to my clients and their body to make sure they get the overall best experience they want. I've had much success treating people with severe pain, focusing on whole body care, with an emphasis on neck, back, head and face, rotator cuffs, legs, glutes, and feet. I've trained in martial arts most of my life which has given him a deeper understanding of the body with fluid movement.

  • A smiling massage therapist

Persephone (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

My style of massage is a Swedish massage base that incorporates deep pressure, trigger point work, and myofascial release techniques to give each client the perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic work based on their needs. I studied physical therapy so I like to incorporate some passive stretching into my massages. I specialize in working with clients who experience ongoing or severe low back, neck and shoulder pain. I’m also trained in cupping, TMJ massage and Prenatal massage.

When I’m not working I enjoy being outdoors whether it’s hiking, camping, disc golfing or hula hooping. I also love seeing live music and theater.

  • A smiling massage therapist

Scarlet (She, Her) - Massage Therapist

I graduated from Globe University in 2014. As a natural and intuitive healer I like to incorporate long and flowing strokes to calm the body down before intentionally targeting the more stubborn areas. I specialize in deep tissue and trigger point therapy but can also provide light to medium pressure where needed. I view massage as an art form as well as a form of therapy. I believe in an overall balance in one's life, and massage can be spread throughout the many different planes of deeper health. When in a session with me you can expect a nurturing and safe vibe the entire time.

When I'm not delivering effective and relaxing massages, you can find me at home snuggling my cats, going on walks in nature or reading a good book.
