Who You Are

You’re a licensed massage therapist who brings both technical skill and a heart for healing. You’re passionate about helping others feel their best—and you thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Licensed by the State of Wisconsin (or awaiting licensure)
Skilled in therapeutic massage techniques, with the ability to adjust pressure and approach based on client needs
Confident in deep tissue work when appropriate, while maintaining proper body mechanics
Proficient in SOAP notes and client documentation, with strong attention to detail
Professional and ethical, with knowledge of proper draping, client confidentiality, and industry standards
Customer-focused, with a warm, welcoming presence that puts clients at ease
Comfortable with client communication, including occasional rescheduling and service recommendations
Eager to learn and grow, open to feedback, and excited to expand your skills through CEUs, mentorship, and collaboration
Self-motivated and organized, able to manage your time, schedule, and responsibilities with minimal supervision
Genuinely team-oriented—you show up for your coworkers, celebrate shared wins, and contribute to a positive workplace culture
